April 2020 - SPIE DCS goes virtual

COVID-19 restrictions caused the cancellation of in-person conferences, just after Pittcon 2020. So SPIE DCS, which had been scheduled for Anaheim, went virtual. For 2020, I rotated off as one of the Chairs, passing it onto Steve Barnett and Luisa Profeta, but remining on the committee.
