I can provide a generic non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.  

As we discuss a working relationship, I will provide my standard 'rider', describing my terms and conditions.

We will need to agree on a written statement of work, so that we fully understand each others expectations.

travel

Usually, the majority of the work is performed at my office, in conjunction with web and phone conference calls.  Travel to, and working at, your location is not a problem, and the terms for this are covered in the 'rider'.

insurance

I carry both 'Errors & Omissions' and 'Business Owners' insurance.  If we have a formal contract, then summaries of these can be provided.
