Along with my co-editors, Pauline Leary and Brooke Kammrath, I signed a book contract with John Wiley for ‘Portable Spectroscopy’. It’s time that a monograph on the subject came out - my 2018 review article in Applied Spectroscopy only covered a fraction of the field. This will be quite a lot of work and could take about 18 months from start to finish.
I bring over 30 years of experience in the business to the table –experience in laboratory instruments, portable and handheld analyzers, start-up and mature companies.
